Saturday Figure Sculpting (Long Pose)
April 9th-June 18th (No Class June 4th)
10am-1pm $425 (30 hours of model time)

This fun and lively Figure Sculpting Class is great for the beginner thru Advanced where you will progress to the next level in your work. Students can choose to do a half Life-size Figure, 1/4 Life-size Figure, 3/4 Life-size Torso, Life-Size Portrait, Relief sculpture, +Hand and Foot Studies or a combination of these. Come and Explore "The Speed in Which Form Turns".
Monday Sculpture Techniques: IndependentStudies/Hand Building (No Model)
April 11th- June 13th
9am-12pm $325
In this class we work from plaster casts(above) and/or pictures to expand and Articulate your technical abilities and learn to compose works eloquently. This class is excellent for the beginner thru the advanced to have the opportunity to take your time, stand back and really train your eye to see accurately.
Monday Sight Size Bargue Drawing
April 11th- June 13th (No Model)
9am-12pm $325
The Sight Size Drawing Technique is an intense drawing method that provides you with the tools to acheive accuracy and confidence everytime you step up to the easel. Drawing is the key to improving your sculpture and painting and this method will take your work to the next level.
Monday Evening Figure Drawing, Sculpting & Relief Sculpting
April 11th- June 13th (Long Pose)
7pm-10pm $425 or $175 uninstructed
Come to Draw and/or Sculpt! Yes Drawing is crutial to Sculpting. Come to hone your skills in front of an easal as you draw on paper and progress to a slab of clay as you learn Base Relief or sculpt in the round. Individual critiques allow us to create your own works that will take you to the next level of mastery.
*Note* This class has the option to take uninstructed so you can have plenty of Model time as we do one long pose over the 10 week course. Painters welcome. Drop-in's welcome at $20 per session uninstructed.
Each class includes a figure model unless otherwise noted. All levels of Experience Welcome. Class size is intentionally kept small(8 students max)to ensure plenty of elbow room and Instructional time for each student.
